Policies

Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked through our secure online booking system.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or at the session, depending on the service.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • A 50% charge of the session fee will apply for cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment.

  • No-shows will also be charged 50% of the session fee.

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to illness, safety concerns, or severe weather, please contact us as soon as possible, and the fee may be waived at our discretion.

 Late Arrivals

  • Arriving late may reduce your session time, but the full session fee may still apply.

 Health & Safety

  • All clients are asked to disclose medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy stage, or other health considerations prior to the session.

  • Massage therapy at Body Echo Massage is intended to support comfort, relaxation, and wellness. It is not a substitute for medical care.

 Privacy & Respect

  • Your personal information, session details, and health disclosures are kept confidential.

  • Sessions are conducted in a safe, culturally responsive, and professional environment.

How do I know which massage is right for me?

If you’re unsure which service fits your needs, feel free to reach out before booking. We can discuss your goals, stage of pregnancy (if applicable), or any discomfort you may be experiencing to help guide you toward the best session.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing is best. You’ll be draped with sheets or towels throughout your session, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered. For prenatal massage, loose, comfortable clothing and maternity support are recommended.

Can I talk during my massage?

Absolutely! You are encouraged to speak up if pressure is too much or if you have preferences. Some clients prefer quiet, and others like conversation. Above all, your session is guided by what feels best for you.

How often should I get massage?

Frequency depends on your goals and needs. Some clients book weekly, others monthly or as needed. I'm happy to help create a schedule that works for your body and lifestyle.
